Refund Policy
We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our
products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions
listed below:
Full Refund Possible If:

you received a defective item;

the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
If you received any damaged product please notify us within 2 days of date of delivery at info@lp-support.in
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances.
If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to
10 working days to refund it to your original payment method (only incase
of damage product ) for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret
any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank's policy that
delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of
refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply fill our return form. We take customer
feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of
service.

Return/Exchange Policy
Return – We have 2 days
Return Policy, which means you have two days after receiving your item to
request a return. Once the return product is received on account of
size mismatch it well be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days.
Exchange – Refund is not
applicable. We only provide exchange if product is unused and saleable
without any damage to it or to its outer carton.
We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to
your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged
or incorrect product(s), please notify LP Support India immediately or within 3
working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please
note that www.lp-support.in will
not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within
maximum 5 working days of receipt.
conditions: an item may be eligible for return if it fulfils one

LP Support India will not bear shipping cost for any returns.
However the cost of re-shipping for damaged/defective items will be borne by LP
support India.
EXCHANGE
Exchange request should be
done within 2days after receiving the products
we will provide you
exchanged product within 3-7 business days.
Cancellation by the
Company
There may be certain
orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at
our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some
situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include
limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in
product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud
avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may
also require additional verifications or information before accepting any
order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or
if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is
cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be
reversed back in your Card Account. Any type of voucher used in these orders
shall be pushed back into the user’s account in case of cancellation by the
Company.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case of requests for
order cancellations, the Company reserve the right to accept or reject requests
for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if
we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /
approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A
request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are
made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not
be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which
request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty four) hours
from making the order. The Company has the full right to decide whether an
order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the
decision made by the Company and accept decision of the Company regarding the
cancellation. In the event of cancellation of order by the customer the Company
shall not refund the voucher, if any used against such order.
Given the nature of our
products, we reserve the right of sole discretion to provide the resolution to
any situation as we deem fit. Each refund or exchange request is handled on a
case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt
resolution.
Products bought online
cannot be exchanged or returned in store.

Shipping – All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Bank holidays.
